 BY USING THIS WEBSITE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE WEBSITE.

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, the customer agrees to pay the product price, plus any sales and use tax, and any costs associated with shipping the products to the customer. Complete payment must be received before Tek Gen Solar Products will ship the products to you.

Please note that a 3% service fee will be applied to all payments made via credit card. If you prefer not to incur this service fee, we offer an alternative payment method through a direct bank transfer, which does not incur additional charges.

The price and quantity available are subject to change. We do not guarantee the price or quantity of the product when we provide a quote. The product is only reserved when payment is received. The shipping costs provided in a quote are only valid the day they were quoted. If you do not pay for the order the same day you received the quote, Tek Gen Solar Products will need to run another quote and the price is subject to change.

If you would like to pick up your order at one of our locations and your order is over $2,000, we will need to have the person who ordered the product come to pick up and provide the credit card used in the purchase and a matching ID in order for Tek Gen Solar Products to release the products into your possession.

Orders over $10,000 must be paid in the form of a wire transfer or cashier’s check.

If the order is over $5,000 and the bill to and ship to addresses are different, we will require further verification.

Prices on e-platforms that are not our website, such as (but not limited to) Google and Facebook, may not display our accurate prices. We will only honor the pricing listed on our website.
